Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, procurement, and sourcing for food and non-food products.
- Oversee facility organization and cleanliness
- Lead and manage operational staff across meal assembly and logistics teams.
- Develop and implement new operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in people management.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new tools and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is a strong asset.
