Operations Manager

Role Overview

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, procurement, and sourcing for food and non-food products.

• Oversee facility organization and cleanliness

• Lead and manage operational staff across meal assembly and logistics teams.

• Develop and implement new operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in people management.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new tools and systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is a strong asset.
