As the Marketing Specialist, you would develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Fed's meal service. You'll work in a fast-paced environment within a small team.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports to guide strategy improvements.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize content for SEO to drive website traffic and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role (4+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media ads).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
