Role Overview
As a Cook, you will be playing a key role within the organization, helping to create and refine a premiere service for people across the lower mainland. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated and has both passion and creativity for food
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of meal, following exact ingredients
- Participation in temperature logs and HACCP reports
- Daily cleaning schedule to maintain an excellent standards of sanitation
- Daily organization of fridge and freezer as well as organization of deliveries
- Maintain consistency and quality standards for all meals served
- Conduct regular inventory counts of food and other kitchen supplies
- Provide training for new team member
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
